The ugly and very public divorce is said to be one of the costliest in history, costing $20.6 million in legal bills, according to Los Angeles Superior Court filings by each of the parties. Jamie McCourt, who was originally opposed to the proposed sale of television rights, will withdraw her Bankruptcy Court opposition and would now support that sale.
